- 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1/6 Tsp Cumin
- 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 oz fish fillet
- 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes or Chili Powder
- 1/4 Tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup Tomato
- 1 Tortilla
- juice of 1 lemon or lime
- Heat oil in pan, add red pepper flakes and garlic at high heat.
- When the pepper starts to really kick in its smell, throw the fish in, add 2 tablespoons water to the pan immediatly and let it cook at full heat for 4 minutes. Turn fish over, ad 2 tablespoons water and cook 2 more minutes over full heat.
- When fish is cooked turn off heat remove fish, add diced tomato, add black pepper to taste. If you have any lime/lemon juice, guac, and beans, combine them with fish and tomato mix in a flour tortilla, and enjoy.
