Week 3: shopping list/ingredients of the week

  • tortilla wraps x 5
  • any spice-level peppers x 0.5 lb
  • ground pork or beef x 1 lb
  • fish fillet x 4 oz (about 120g)
  • tomatoes x 200 g

Desirable/Optional:

  • 1 garlic
  • diversity of spices such as cumin and chili powder 
  • cheese: mexican blend
  • 3 lemons 
  • Parsley
