Tuesday: Tuna Chickpea Salad with Baked Broccoli Spears

Today’s is simple!

Turn the oven on 350 degrees. Slice a broccoli head into quarters lengthwise. Put tinfoil on a cookie sheet, put the broccoli on the tinfoil and some chili powder on top of the broccoli. Once the oven is hot, put the broccoli in for 20 minutes.
Dice half an onion into very small pieces (go crazy with a knife or use a food processor.) Mix the onion with a can of tuna, a can of chickpeas, a bit of parsley, salt and a squirt of lemon juice.
